CNC Cut Cylinder Heads

In 2007 we purchased a Newen Contour BB CNC Valve Seat Machine. This machine is unrivaled, its precision is out of reach of any other valve seat machinery. It can hold valve seat tolerances of 3 Microns or less... The standard on F1, Nascar and all other racing series where precision and performance of the highest calibre is required. Working with this machine has enabled us to create and develop many performance profiles that we have flow bench developed and dyno tested for Cosworth, Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi and Nissan.

Cylinder Head machining

We have gained considerable experience in the art of increasing horsepower by careful modifications to Ports, Valves and Seats. This was only possible by extensive use of our Superflow 110 Flowbench. incorporating Flowcom and computer software, we know exactly what works, where to remove material, and what the ideal port shape should be. Also with the latest Valve Seat Cutting Machine, we can cut 5 Angle Seats which flow best. We can also Swirl polish and Back Cut valves, modify combustion chambers and set compression ratios. We have experience in Race Rally Fast Road and Track Day modified Cylinder Heads.

Fault Finding & Diagnostics

We are able to read and clear many engine management fault codes and diagnose electrical and/ or mechanical faults in European and Japanese Vehicles.

We use Bosch for all European cars & JAK for most Japanese applications including import vehicles.

For all VAG engines we use VAG COM, serial port diagnostic programme.

ASNU Injector Diagnostic Testing & Servicing

We offer complete petrol injector diagnostic testing and servicing incl. measure of flow rate of injectors, check spray pattern etc.

The petrol combustion engine requires three elements to function correctly,
Air, Ignition and Fuel. The correct supply of all three are important for the optimum running of the engine. We offer complete Petrol Injector Diagnostic Testing and Servicing. Our services include ; measure of flow rate of injectors and check spray pattern.

The Fuel Delivery and the Fuel Distribution can simultaneously be measured and visually examined. The Distribution is measured by the length of penetration into the delivery tube.

The ideal requirement would be that all the penetrations reach the same length. An imbalance in the distribution length would cause a change in the Air/Fuel ratio and result in many symptoms i.e difficulty starting/ idling/ poor performance/ poor economy/ poor driveability/ emissions/ lambda failure/ catalyst failure and Mil illumination.

The Spray Pattern has two major functions; Firstly to distribute the fuel evenly to a specific point. Secondly, to atomise the fuel evenly at a specific point. In the event that the distribution or atomisation should change, the mixture in the combustion chamber will also change, resulting in idling, performance, economy and emission problems. On simultaneous injection systems, the spray was regarded as important, on sequential injection systems, the spray pattern performance is critical to the correct running of the engine and the function of the emission control components.
